Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) allows you to select the speed and distance between you and the car ahead, without having to constantly switch controls on and off. A radar set behind the front grille constantly monitors the gap ahead and controls the distance by automatically adjusting the throttle, or braking if the gap closes. If the vehicle ahead increases its speed and moves too far away, the ACC system brings you back to your preset speed. *
Trailer Stability Assist (TSA), controls individual wheel slip to correct trailer swing by utilising the Vehicle Stability Assist system. This can occur at any time due to lane changing, strong winds or unbalanced trailer loading, all of which can result in highly dangerous situations. The system also automatically warns drivers behind by flashing a brake light on both the car and the trailer when the system is activated.
