If your vehicle has been in our garage for servicing work in the past, or if your vehicle was purchased from us you will probably receive a phone call from our outbound call centre to remind you that the work is due and to arrange a convenient time for you to have the work done with us. We may also contact you to discuss the outcome of any future work which was highlighted during your last visit.
A Free Vehicle Health Check is part of our best practice policy!
Whenever you bring your car in for a service or repair, we will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle. Once the Vehicle Health Check have been done, you will receive a written copy of the results of the check, which can then be used as a basis for scheduling and servicing, repairs or MOT work you may require.
